Florida law requires children age 5 and under to be secured properly in a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device.

Your automobile insurance will be the primary insurance on your rental cart. Please add the company name and policy number to your waiver when completing the online waiver.

30+ Days Before Rental – Full refund.
Within 30 Days – Non-expiring credit equal to your deposit for future bookings.
Trip Protection – Trip protection can be added to any rental for 10% of your booking total and provides a full refund up to your rental date.

Feel free to discover the entire 7-mile stretch of Anna Maria Island, including Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach. Golf carts are permitted only on roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or lower. Please note that golf cart usage is not allowed on Longboat Key, and you cannot take the cart beyond Broadway Street.
